Your Visit

We are ready to care for you. Please review important information to help make your stay with us as comfortable as possible.

Please bring the following with you for admission:

• Health Insurance Card

• National Identification Card

• A list of all medications, including prescription and over-the-counter medications, including dosage information

• Do not take jewelry, cash and other other personal valuables

During the admission process, you will be required to do the following:

• Complete the admission deposit.

• Complete the pre-admission data form.

​

Please note that the pre-admission process can take up to 1 hour. Although we try to be as efficient as possible, a wait time may be unavoidable.

During your stay:

• You may receive an interim bill to inform you of the status of your account
